My hour off for lunch every day at work is my gym time - a great habit that I've implemented over the past few years. It's become a subconscious part of my routine. Of course I've missed days here and there but overall it's a crucial piece of my daily life that now feels so simple.
Something as simple as setting up repeating events/reminders on my calendar to meditate, perform deep work, and my bed time routine really help me feel like I have an automated system of reminders to guide me through my day.

Thats a great system, I find that exercise mid-day is a great way to reset the brain for the 2nd half of the day

Love this example of a simple and effective system. Thanks for sharing
